If cannot tell already after nearly 50 episodes of the Cinephile Hissy Fit podcast that I co-host, Will Johnson is the big personality and the star of the show. Sure, I may cuss more and have a few more credentials and feathers in my film critic hat, but Will is the beating heart of our show. He was highlighted to show that very power this week with an interview in the Phoenix New Times written by Ashley Naftule.
This weekend, he flies our podcast’s flag to host a special movie event at the Majestic 7 in Tempe with frequent podcast guest Ben Cahlamer. The two present a screening of Wong Kar-Wai’s 2000 romantic classic In the Mood for Love. Tickets are still available and the audio captured with be a future episode of the Cinephile Hissy Fit podcast connected to 25YL Media and sponsored by the Ruminations Radio Network.
