Best TV Shows On Netflix To Watch Right Now

  • What kind of TV show do you prefer: drama or comedy?

  • Is Documentary even an option?

  • Or, do you like to watch what everybody else is watching?

Whatever decision you make, Netflix has a whole archive loaded with movies and TV shows of all possible genres. You can watch popular TV shows like Squid Game and Money Heist of the old classics like Breaking Bad or Narcos.

But, if you are not fixated on the genre, we have some great recommendations for you to watch on Netflix right now.

YES, we include only the recent releases here because that’s how we plan to make our list trending.

So, if you are here looking for recommendations for all-time Netflix hits, SORRY, we can’t help you.

However, keep scrolling down if you are looking for recently released Netflix hits.

Best TV Shows On Netflix Right Now

Before we start with the list, let us tell you that all the shows we will recommend here can also be downloaded from pirate bay. So, if you don’t have a Netflix subscription, don’t worry.

You can still watch these shows.

1. Worst Roommate Ever

Now there's a true crime docuseries aimed squarely at my target audience: people who share a room.

Worst Roommate Ever is based on a viral 2018 NY Magazine article on four of the worst housemates ever, documenting four individual incidents about seemingly harmless roommates who became unpleasant, threatening, and, in some cases, violent.

This one features con artists and assassins, so it's basically a mash-up of Netflix's true crime shows.

It may make you wish to live on your own.

2. Inventing Anna

Shonda Rhimes’ first show since Scandal is this limited series, and the genuine story that inspired her to pick up Final Draft again is a doozy.

It’s the one-of-a-kind narrative of Anna Delvey, a wealthy German socialite who swept New York society in the mid-2010s — only it came out she wasn't affluent or even properly German.

A con artist from Russia, Anna Sorokin defrauded several people and institutions out of hundreds of dollars thanks to her almost magical self-confidence.

So, if you want to know who Anna Delvey is, watch the show right now.

3. All Of Us Are Dead

Stories about the undead have been some of South Korea's biggest global hits, and Netflix's All of Us Are Dead might easily be the next.

The suspenseful thriller about a zombie virus outbreak at a high school follows students as they fight flesh-eating monsters, some of whom were just minutes ago their human friends.

With its focus on juvenile protagonists and a setting that transforms ordinary classrooms into brutal battlegrounds, the series IS based on the webtoon Now at Our School is a novel perspective on the zombie genre.

As the virus spreads beyond the school's boundaries, the show’s study of topics such as authority corruption and power abuse becomes increasingly apparent.

4. Cobra Kai

There's a strong chance you missed Cobra Kai, the sequel to The Karate Kid when it first came out on Netflix.

Cobra Kai is set 30 years after the original film’s events and sees Daniel's karate opponent Johnny renounce his ways and reopen the Cobra Kai dojo.

It's all on Netflix, and it's a sobering, bittersweet look at growing up, moving on from the past, and deciding whether your former accomplishments truly define you.

There's plenty of fan service for Karate Kid fans, including cameos from some of the original cast, but even if you're not familiar with the source, it's a series that stands on its own.

5. Lupin

Lupin is a thriller show based on the journey of famous character Arsene Lupin, a burglar who seeks revenge for his father’s death.

The show’s flair and Omar Sy’s charismatic protagonist, who anyone would rob a bank for, make it immensely intriguing.

Few Netflix shows are as well-crafted and addictive as this one.

The kidnapping of Assane’s son and the chase of the villain, the portly Pellegrini, fills the show with a roguish charm in abundance.

6. Vikings: Valhalla

The Norsemen and Norse Women have returned for Vikings: Valhalla, covering the next period of the Viking reign.

Valhalla is set 100 years after the previous program and shows Leif Erikson and his sister Freydis as they became the first Europeans to set foot in North America, as well as Harald Hardrada, who attempted but failed to capture the English throne.

Yes, this show is leading up to the end of the Viking era.

If you loved the original Vikings’ clanging swords and gorgeous bearded warriors, you’d want to check this out because it's more of the same.

7. Cat Burglar

Netflix's preoccupation with interactive entertainment has been hit or miss at best, but this new special from the Black Mirror makers is the smoothest yet.

The show features a cat attempting to steal precious art from a museum and has people answering trivia questions as quickly as possible to help the cat succeed.

If an answer is incorrect or time runs out, the cat’s fate turns into a grisly end.

If you want to find all the possible results, you’ll need more than an hour of playtime to get through all the feline finishers.
